British Council Morocco is recruiting a Customer Services Officer/ Assistant Registrar role for its office in Rabat. We are looking for a hardworking, accountable and customer focussed individual who must possess relevant work experience. The post holder will manage the Casablanca Customer Service team and the day to day provision of information to customers face to face, and via telephone, social media and e-mail. They will also be the main point of contact for enquiries handled by the Customer Services Assistants and they will be the front line Duty Officer for customer service issues. They will oversee student registration in liaison with Registrar and Customer Services Manager and ensure full coordination with the wider, all Morocco Customer Services team.
